    Do you want to cancel anyway?

    Has something come up and you cannot make your appointment? You can cancel free of charge up until 24 hours in advance.

    PLEASE NOTE: cancelling less than 24 hours in advance is only possible by phone. Appointments on a Monday must be cancelled no later than 5pm on the Friday before. If an appointment is not cancelled on time, you will be charged €15 per 15 minutes of your planned appointment.

    Emergency appointment

    Are you already a patient of ours and have an emergency? Then we will do our utmost best to see you the same working day. The dental clinic can be reached on +31(0)20 495 5669 from 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday, or mail to info@tptransparant.nl.

    For emergencies outside opening hours of the dental clinic, please call Tandartsspoedpraktijk OLVG on 0900 8602 (45 cents per call).

    Explanation of web calendar

    Step 1: First enter your e-mail address known to us. If you have logged in before, go to step 3.

    Step 2: Click on the "request / forget password" button if you want to log in for the first time or have lost your password.

    Step 3: Enter the password (your browser can remember the password) and press the "Log in to your web calendar" button.

    Step 4: You are now in the web calendar. Changing combination appointments does not always work via the web calendar.

    Step 5: The web calendar is self-explanatory: press the appointment you want to make.

    Step 6: To change an existing appointment, you must first cancel it and then create it again.
